The world-famous La Manga Resort, home to luxurious accommodation, plenty of beautiful amenities, and three magnificent golf courses, is at the centre of all these. As with most locations in Spain, Murcia is overshadowed by the Costa del Sol in name, but with designers using a treated to genuinely spectacular golf courses from the breath-taking natural landscape golfers perfect for Murcia Golf Holidays.

With year-round sunshine, golfers can travel throughout the year to the South coast of Spain, making it an excellent location for your next golf trip. Besides the courses, Murcia is renowned for its superb range of restaurants of high quality, which are the perfect accompaniment to the golf days.

El Valle

Set in the distance of the Murcian Mountains, El Valle Golf Club is a fusion of masterful golf course architecture and natural landscape designed by the great Jack Nicklaus. The American Style resort features Nicklaus signature ' risk & reward ' golf holes with is an excellent feature of vast expanses of water and sand being throughout the course. Elle Valle is not as long as we have become used to some of the modern monsters, coming in at just 6,500 yards, making it a fair challenge for all.

La Manga, West Course

The West Course at La Manga is Real Golf La Manga Club's spearhead of 18 exclusive golf holes winding their way through stunning pine-tree clusters. The course glides across the naturally undulating terrain, creating subtle as well as dramatic elevation changes that provide golfers with both a challenge and stunning views of the natural surroundings. The West Course does not favour the longer hitters among us, measuring in at just over 6,500 yards and with relatively tight fairways. Those who are cautious when it comes to club selection from the tee will often get a better score.

Alhama Signature Golf Course

The Alhama Signature Course is the apex of Murcia's Jack Nicklaus trail, as it is the region's' Signature' course. Ranked as one of the country's best dessert courses, Alhama is renowned for being always in immaculate condition with dangerously fast greens and pristine fairways. The reasonably wide fairways allow you to open the shoulders off the tee, but this does not mean that the course is a walkover as thick long rough will punish any significantly errant shots.
The challenges lie in the approach shots in traditional Nicklaus fashion as with deep bunkers and water surrounding most greens players have to choose whether to take a risk and reap the potential rewards or play it safe.

La Torre Course

Designed by the most famous player in golf, La Torre Course resembles some of Florida's most popular resort-style layouts. The vast expanses of sand and full shimmering water bodies are a signature characteristic of the course, and many a golfer who played here has ruined the round. The course, measuring under 6,000 yards, presents a unique challenge for the better players among us as it checks the management of a player's course and endurance not to try to thrash one off the tee at a short par 4.
