Seaside Course

The seaside course on sea island is a tom fazio re-design of the 1929 classic designed by harry s. colt and charles alison. Bobby jones, the famous golfer, said it was one of the greatest nine holes he had ever played. According to davis love iii, fazio converted two nines from "18 holes that didn't work into 18 matchless holes" by tying the original seaside with the old marshside course.

It is home to the pga tour's rsm classic, a fedex cup event organized by sea island touring pro davis love iii, as well as the plantation course.
