Arguably the best course in the south of France with wide lush fairways, carpet greens and a fine clubhouse. Cannes Mougins is not cheap, but it is worth every penny. The golf course was opened in 1926 and ever since has been the host to many prestigious competitions. It is located in the hills above Cannes and is easily accessible from all of the resorts on the Cote dAzur.

Cannes-Mougins golf course winds its way between two magnificent forests and the gently undulating course is traversed by a river and several water hazards. The course has wide open fairways and large greens, but dont be lulled into a false sense of security as the course has plenty of hazards waiting to trip you up. You will need a technical approach and not to be greedy as the birdie chances are out there, you just need to wait until they appear.

The maintenance, facilities and service at Cannes Mougins is exactly what you would expect from a golf course of this calibre. A must play if in the area.
