Windmill Village Golf Hotel is steeped in tradition and history. Situated on the outskirts of Coventry in its own 400-acre estate, it dates to 1640 and legend has it that Dick Turpin, the infamous highwayman, stayed at the inn. 

Golf Course 

Our 18-hole golf course is all about strategy; with a series of par 3’s to ease you into your round, with just enough distance and water hazards to challenge a seasoned player, and the stunning scenery to make it your new favourite. Overlooking the West Midlands countryside, our golf course is a 4,729-yard, Par 70 golf course in a stunning parkland setting with panoramic views, tree lined fairways and greens, water features, cross-cut fairways, mature trees, and well-drained manicured greens in excellent condition. 

So, whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out, we’ll make sure that you feel right at home. 

You can also enjoy access to wide ranging facilities which includes a golf shop which stocks clothes and accessories from leading brands including FootJoy and Callaway to name but a few. This means that there are no concerns if you happen to have left some of the golfing paraphernalia back home. 

We are always keen to welcome new members and have a very active and sociable membership. 

Accommodation 

The hotel offers 105 newly refurbished bedrooms which are ideal as a base for your golf break. The bedrooms are nicely decorated with quality furnishings to ensure your stay at Windmill Village Hotel is pleasant and comfortable. 

Restaurant & Bars 

Overlooking the golf course is the elegant Loft18 Restaurant serving a fine a la carte menu to suit all tastes during the week. The lively and authentic Cellar Bar, restored from the original cellars of the Coaching Inn, provides a focus for the evening entertainment, with a large selection of real ales, regular live music, and a late licence. 

Spa & Leisure 

Windmill Village Hotel, Golf Club & Spa has its own Leisure Club with some excellent facilities, including an 18 metre indoor swimming pool, heated to a constant 30 degrees, sauna, steam room, state of the art gym, and a Spa with a wide range of treatments and packages, with 3 separate treatment rooms.
